What the inspector wrote

On 11/25/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Simerjit Kaur arrived for an unannounced case management inspection to check play structure in the backyard. The backyard was toured to conduct a Health & Safety Inspection. Present during the inspection today, were licensees Simran Sahni and Sameer Tandon and three (3) children in care, and licensee's school age child. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday at 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The licensees has installed a play structure/swing set in the backyard. Licensees updated the backyard with new tanbark. LPA observed the play structure to be safe and properly anchored to the ground with adequate cushioning material to absorb falls. The play structure is approved today for day care use. LPA advised providing proper care and supervision while children play in the Backyard. There are no deficiencies cited today. This report shall remain on file for 3 years. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with licensees Simran Sahni and Sameer Tandon.
