What the inspector wrote

The applicant, Thamalka Mudannayake, came to the office to discuss the application for a change of ownership. Due to the change in fire coses the applicant plans to add toddlers. The LPA will provide a new list of required documents. The applicant has been advised to submit the updated LIC200a applicaiton & updated maps as soon as possible.
