This requirement was not met as evidenced by: On 4/30/25 LPAs observed toilets were used and not flushed containing waste and other debris, a laundry basket, used toilet paper and other debris on the bathroom floor of the preschool classrooms. Which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: 4/30/2025 at 1:45 PM LPA's observed 2 of 3 toilets in the preschool classroom were out of order clogged by waste and other debris, and 2 of the sinks inside the bathroom had no running water which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
