Correction check·August 30, 2023

On 8/30/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monica Mathur conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection at Kindercare Learning Center. LPA met with Director, Grace Ewing and explained the purpose of today's inspection which is to verify corrections made after facility was issued citations during required inspection on 7/26/23 for Mandated Reporter Training and CPR & First Aid. During today's inspection, LPA reviewed staff file and verified Director and all staff completed mandated reporter training and certification in Pediatric CPR & First Aid . Facility is in compliance with citations issued on 07/26/23. Letters of Clearance were provided during today's inspection. No deficiency was issued today. Exit Interview was conducted, this report was reviewed with Director, Grace Ewing. LPA provided the Letters of Clearance. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, AND MUST BE POSTED ON OR ADJACENT TO THE INTERIOR SIDE OF THE MAIN DOOR INTO THE FACILITY FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
