On 02/06/2024 at 11:00am Licensing program analyst Sikia Blue, Licensing program manager Loretta Dyson, and regional manager Diane Perez met with Farideh Bavafa for a Non-Compliance conference meeting. During the meeting we discussed the deficiency cited on 01/11/24 as a result of a complaint investigation. During the meeting the director continued to deny the allegation but was able to come up with a plan to ensure that the facility stays in compliance. It was determined that the owner/director did violate children in care personal rights by causing physical harm to multiple children in care. A plan was discussed regarding additional items that will be completed and submitted to licensing program analyst Sikia Blue. According to information received today the facility is in compliance. There will be no deficiencies cited today . Appeal right will be provided and exit interview conducted.
