LPA met with Director Stella Wo Cabacungan, and explained the purpose of today's inspection. During today's inspection, there were 13 children in care. LPA toured the facility, observed classrooms, conducted interviews, and obtained relevant documents. An allegation was made that Staff screamed at day care children and made inappropriate comments towards day care children. Interviews indicated staff have been observed yelling at children, and talking down to children in a stern voice.
