This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Per investigation there have been incidents where staff spoke to childen in a manner that was perceived as yelling and aggressive. Director also engaged in heated verbal exchanges with other staff members in the presence of children. Nature of incidents were not in a severe manner and posed a potential risk to safety of children.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Per investigation, an incident occurred where Director spoke to a child in front of parents, in a manner which was perceived as scolding and inappropriate verbal interaction. Nature of incident was not in a severe manner but posed a potential risk to safety of child in question.

Children are removed from class and sent to the office as form of discipline for unknown duration of time.This is a violation of Personal Rights and an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
