What the inspector wrote

On 12/17/2025 at 2:00pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Director Stella Wo Cabacungan for an unannounced Plan of Correction visit. Present during the visit were seven (7) preschool age children and one (1) additional staff member. Director left the facility at 2:10pm and LPA conducted remainder of visit with facility staff. On 11/25/2025 the facility was cited two (2) Type B deficiencies: · Temperature inside facility below 68 degrees · Four picnic tables in play areas in disrepair & wooden plank in fence missing Director has purchased a thermostat to ensure the temperature in the facility does not drop below 68 degrees and all four (4) picnic tables in disrepair have been moved to an off limit area and have been made inaccessible to the children in care. Pictures of the corrections were sent to LPA Pringle on 12/10/2025. The deficiencies from 11/25/2025 have been cleared and no deficiencies were cited during today visit. Deficiency clearance letters were provided, exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with facility staff. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
