These rights include, but are not limited to the following: (2) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Per investigation conducted, it was determined there have been several cases of child biting at the facility where more than 1 child has bitten multiple children. This is a violation of personal rights and potential risk to health and safety of children.
