LPAs A. Hollinger and D. Campos made an unannounced visit and met with licensee Karim Ramzanali for the purpose of delivering the findings of the complaint allegations. Director Sareh Ostadhosseinkhayyat arrived later. Present for the visit were 9 staff and 41 preschool children in care. During the course of the investigation, interviews were conducted. It was alleged that staff are not meeting children's toileting needs. Interviews conducted revealed conflicting information. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time. Exit interview conducted with Director Sareh Ostadhosseinkhayyat. A Notice of Site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
