On 12/11/2025 at 10:30am Regional Manager (RM) Loretta Dyson, Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Jason Jang, and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with facility owner Karim Ramzanali and facility Director Shubra Gupta for an Informal Conference. Topics discussed Conduct Inimical, including the conduct of one of the facility owners during interactions with Licensing Commingling Reporting requirements Facility Owner and Director agreed to comply with all Department regulations. Including all regulations concerning conduct, commingling and reporting requirements. All previous deficiencies cited have been cleared. Licensee stated they will submit an application to the department to remove the toddler option. Licensee was informed that a waiver or exception request must be submitted to the Department to operate outside of the regulations. Facility was offered a referral to the Departments Technical Support Program (TSP). The facility was informed there will be a referral to the legal department if there are further incidents of conduct inimical. Owner Karim Ramzanali and Facility director Shubra Gupta agree and understand Community Care Licensings regulations, including their duties and responsibilities to remain in compliance with the Title 22 regulations. There were no deficiencies cited. Appeal rights were given and report was provided to owner Karim Ramzanali and director Shubra Gupta.
