101223(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations... This requirement was met as evidence by: based on interviews it was found that a previous child in care was sent home in soiled clothing along with other incident of chidren being sent home with soiled diapers. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
