On 07/12/21, an opening complaint investigation visit was made to the facility by LPA Lynch. It has been alleged that the Licensee was operating over capacity. LPA met with the Licensee and discussed the allegation. Licensee also had prior self-reported the incident. The Licensee stated although she attempts to be careful about scheduling when children are in care, some parents/guardians dropped off children without notice, and she was over capacity on 06/29/21. Based on records review, including food vouchers, local R & R site visit report, and subsidy records, it was corroborated the facility operated over the allowed capacity on 06/29/21. Based on the evidence obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, Title 22 is being cited on the attached LIC 9099-D. Appeal rights were provided and exit interview conducted.
