Correction check·September 27, 2022

On this date, 09/27/22 an unannounced Case Management - Plan of Correction (POC) Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Araceli Gibson. Director, Kristina Diaz had notified LPA of new turf cushioning around the play structure was installed and ready to be cleared. During today’s inspection there was a census of 65 children at the center. LPA met with Kirsten to review the POC associated to the deficiency cited on 06/10/22. LPA Gibson in addition gave an advisory note for unpaid annual fees. Today, LPA verified the following: · Installation of new turf serving as cushioning material for surrounding the play structure in the preschool playground. The turf has been installed according to manufacturer’s specifications by Tech One Construction. LPA Gibson observed turf to be spongy around high impact landing area for the play structure. LPA cleared deficiencies on this date 09/27/22 and provided Licensee with a "Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared." This letter must be filed in the facility for three years and upon request made accessible to the public for review. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 no deficiency cited during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with the Kristina Diaz, Director.
