What the inspector wrote

On February 15, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kari McWilliams conducted an unannounced complaint inspection to provide findings for the above allegation. LPA McWilliams met with Owner Roxan Tutelian. Tour of the facility was provided, and census was taken. During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews and observations at the facility. The investigation revealed that staff are not wearing masks as required for the infectious disease control. Mask wearing guidance for children in care was not followed. The preponderance of evidence standard has been met; therefore the findings for the allegations is SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulation, (Title 22, Division 12 and Chapter 1) are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Exit interview conducted with Owner Roxane Tutelian.
