On October 15 th , 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Miguel Herrera conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPA with Director Tribecca Villagomez. LPA toured the facility, and a census was taken. The purpose of today's inspection was regarding an Unusual Incident that was self reported to the Fresno Childcare Regional Office, the incident occurred on 09/30/2025. The incident involved a child sustaining an unusual mark on their arm. During today’s visit LPA Herrera conducted facility observations, interviewed staff, and reviewed facility records pertinent to the incident. Based on the information obtained during the inspection LPA Herrera determined that no child’s personal rights were violated. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Tribecca Villagomez. Appeal rights were provided. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, of the California Code of Regulations, there are no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
