Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon LPA arriving at the facility, Licensee was not present at the home. LPA heard Child 3 crying from outside the facility.LPA called Licensee and confirmed she was not at home. Child 3 and Child 6 were in the home with 15 year old minor, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation and interview, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Inside the accessible bathroom, LPA observed disinfecting spray bottle. In the accessible back yard, LPA observed two large dogs and observed multiple dog feces all over the mulch area and grass, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee installed an above ground swimming pool without prior licensing approval. The pool is not fenced allowing windows and sliding glass door direct access. There is standing water in the bottom of the pool (about 1inch or less), which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
