OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME
Based on observation and interview, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Inside the accessible bathroom, LPA observed disinfecting spray bottle. In the accessible back yard, LPA observed two large dogs and observed multiple dog feces all over the mulch area and grass, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation and interview, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above.LPA observed an above ground swimming pool. Licensee stated she installed it on August 2023. Licensee installed an above ground swimming pool without prior licensing approval. The pool is not fenced allowing windows and sliding glass door direct access. There is standing water in the bottom of the pool (about 1inch or less), which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 3 children's files reviewed. Three children’s files were missing LIC 995 A (Notification of Parents Rights and LIC 9150 (Notification of Additional Children in Care). This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
