What the inspector wrote

LPAs N. Wheeler and K. Lynch visited the facility for the purpose of a case-management visit in response to an inquiry for lead reporting requirements. Site Supervisor provided building permit application documentation, and will submit official permit copy to Licensing. LPAs observed dates of construction of site, and noted that lead testing didn't need to be conducted as the building was built on an empty lot, and was constructed after 01/01/2010 as per Licensing Written Directives. No citations issued during today's visit. Exit interview conducted with Site Supervisor, appeal rights provided, notice of site visit provided.
