What the inspector wrote

On 7/3/24 at 11:00 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gloria Gonzalez conducted an unannounced case management inspection to deliver an amended complaint investigation report originally created on 7/1/24. Upon arrival LPA met with Facility Representative, Jessica Fregoso and LPA advised of the purpose of the inspection, and granted LPA facility entry. Present in the facility were 13 staff members, and 74 daycare children. No deficiencies cited. Exit interview was conducted with Facility Representative, Jessica Fregoso. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.  Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
