Inspector’s narrative
What the inspector wrote
On December 16, 2025 at 08:50am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Jacqueline Macias conducted an unannounced Annual Inspection and met with Licensee, Claudia Agramont. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. There were four (4) daycare children (one of whom is an infant) and one staff present in the facility during this inspection.
Licensee accompanied LPA and conducted a tour inside and out of the facility during this inspection. This facility is a two story, four (4) bedroom, three (3) bathroom house. The following areas used for child care are downstairs family room/daycare room, living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom #1 (hallway), and backyard. Off limits areas are downstairs bedroom #1, the garage, laundry room, and the entire second floor including: master bedroom (#4), master bathroom (#3), bedroom #2 and #3, bathroom #2.. They are made inaccessible through the use of latches, locks and doorknob covers. Days and Hours of operation are: Monday-Saturday, 23 hours.
The fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector met requirements. Hazardous items were made inaccessible to children during the inspection. The licensee has toys, play equipment and materials available. The upstairs is not used and is gated off at the bottom of the stairway and the Licensee understands the gate must be in place when children under five years are present during day care hours. The home has a fenced front/back yard available for outdoor activities at time of inspection. Licensee states she provides continuous supervision of children during outside activities at all times. No bodies of water observed on the premises during the inspection. Licensee stated there are no weapons in the home. A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances.
