101239 Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies: (o) Playground ... (1) Equipment shall be maintained in a safe condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. This requirement was not met as evidenced by:based on observation, Licensee kept a playhouse with chipping paint and rust on the hand rails. The stairs to the playhouse were not sturdy. LPA also observed an 8 inch gap in the fencing that leads to an unlicensed area. The seat to the see-saw is loose and missing a bolt. The wooden poles in the outdoor area need to be sanded and painted.
