What the inspector wrote

On 07/25/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denisia Jimenez and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Scott Herring conducted an unannounced Case Management and met with Owner, Laurae Raths and Director, Cheynne Raths. The purpose of this inspection was to deliver immediate exclusion paperwork for Adult #1 (A1). LPA and LPM went over exclusion paperwork and answered any questions that the owner had. LPA and LPM ensured that Owner understood the immediate exclusion. During this case management inspection, LPA and LPM observed that A1 was not on the premises. Owner confirmed that she understands that A1 is not allowed on the premises of the facility. Licensee was provided a confidential name's list identifying whom Adult #1 is during deliverance of the immediate exclusion today. Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1 of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiency is being cited during today’s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Owner, Laurae Raths and Director, Cheyenne Raths. Appeal rights were provided. This report shall be made available to the public upon request. LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit is provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
