Non-compliance follow-up·September 4, 2025

On 09/04/25, at 11:00 AM, a Non-Compliance Conference (NCC) was conducted at the Fresno South Regional Child Care Office to discuss violations of Title 22 regulations. In attendance at this office visit were Owner, Laurae Raths, Director Cheyenne Raths, Regional Manager Alice Juarez, Licensing Program Manager, Scott Herring and Licensing Program Analyst, Denisia Jimenez. During today’s office visit, a copy of the NCC were provided to Director. Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1, no deficiency is cited during today’s office visit. Exit interview was conducted with Owner, Laurae Raths and Director. A copy of this report is to remain in the facility for public review. This report shall be made available to the public upon request.
