What the inspector wrote

On 01/09/206, Licensing Program Analyst, Sebastian Phouthavong made an announced Case Management visit to the facility and met with Licensee, Martha Villasenor to verify operation at the facility, and reactivate the license. Prior to visit, on 12/10/2025, Licensee requested to become active once again. During the inspection the home was toured inside and outside. The facility operating hours are Monday \342\200\223 Saturday, 5:00 AM \342\200\223 6:00 PM. The children will have access to areas of the home including the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway bathroom and backyard. The "off limits" areas include three bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry room, side yards. These areas will be made inaccessible by door locks.LPA observed a working smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher, rated at least 2A10BC, in the home. LPA discussed the safe sleep regulations with licensee and discussed the Child Care Licensing Safe Sleep webpage at https://www.cdss.ca.gov/inforesources/child-care-licensing/public-information-and-resources/safe-sleep as an additional resource. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see PIN 22-02- CCP. When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department.
