(Continued from LIC 9099) The director and staff denied the allegations, stating that they have never observed the temperature to exceed over 85 degrees and that the facility’s fans have never been in disrepair or had the fan covers fall off. The director stated the facility's building is old and has plan to update it. The director and staff members also stated that the outdoor fencing has been in good condition, with no tripping hazards in the yard. Parents were interviewed on 11/04/2022 and 11/14/2022.
