On 01/02/2025, at 9:00AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Sebastian Phouthavong arrived at the facility to confirm there are no children in care due to the facility’s Temporary Suspension Order (TSO) issued on 12/02/2025. While the order is in effect, the licensee is prohibited from operating the child day care facility. During the inspection, LPA rang the facility’s front doorbell and did not receive a response. LPA observed the no parked cars at the facility and no lights to be on during the time of visit. LPA did not observe or hear individuals including children to be present in the facility. Additionally, LPA observed from the front window, no indication of daycare was provided at the time of visit. Also, the written notice of the TSO was currently taped on the outside of the front door. No Facility Representative was present during the time of visit.
