What the inspector wrote

On January 30, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Staicy Perry conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection at the above facility. LPA met with Director, Desiree Wong who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. LPA observed 24 children in care. Per Director, their are currently 43 children enrol led. The purpose of the inspection is to follow up on the (1) Type A, f or 101226(e)(3)(A) deficiency for Prescription medications may be administered if all of the following conditions are met: (A) Prescription medications shall be administered in accordance with the label directions as prescribed by the child's physician. LPA Perry did review and obtain copies of C#1 and C#2 IMS Plans. C#1 and C#2 are now back attending the facility. Per the facility director, the parents of Child #3 stated that the child no longer requires medication during school hours. Parents also provided a written note indicating that the child does not need medication while in care. It was further stated by the facility director that Child #3 has not attended and will not attend the facility until either an updated IMS Plan or a physician’s note confirming that medication is not required during school hours is provided and maintained in the child’s file and all other forms updated. A Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared was provided to the facility. Per regulations, the letter must be kept on file for three years and made accessible to the public upon request. LPA observed the licensee to be in compliance with Title 22 regulation, no deficiencies will be issued on this date. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided to the Director, Desiree Wong. Appeal rights were provided.
