What the inspector wrote

On 02/11/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Brittany Lovest and Judy Laureano conducted an unannounced Case Management \342\200\223 Incident inspection related to a self-reported Unusual Incident Report (UIR) submitted on 01/21/2025. Upon arrival, LPAs met Assistant Director Hailey Cullen, and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 99 children in care, being supervised and care for by 10 staff members and Assistant Director. During today\342\200\231s inspection, LPA's toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. Based on Unusual Incident report received on 01/21/25 report reflects that staff 1 spoke used to inappropriate language with child. During today\342\200\231s visit LPA\342\200\231s conducted interviews with staff and children. Incident repots and Children's roster was received and reviewed. Based on the information gathered further investigation is needed. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report and Notice of Site Visit were provided to Assistant Director Hailey Cullen and must remain posted for 30 days.
