Per the Reporting Party (RP), C1 attended this day care in 2012. C1 is 13 years old now and told RP they remember when they attended this day care, the Licensee's husband (RP does not know the name) was yelling at them all the time. LPA interviewed the licensees. Both licensees denied yelling at any child in care. The parent interviewed stated that she has never heard licensees yell at children. Based upon interviews conducted, as documented above, the allegation has been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No deficiencies are being cited for the allegations listed above. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
