What the inspector wrote

On 7/15/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA met with Facility Supervisor, upon arrival LPA observed 77 children and 14 staff providing care and supervision. During the course of this investigation, LPA conducted interviews, completed observations and gathered documentation relevant to the complaint allegation. Based on evidence obtained, record review and interviews conducted, the allegation: Facility is over ratio is deemed to be Unsubstantiated. Based on the disclosures and confidential interviews conducted by LPA, 14 staff members are present at facility ongoing and in addition all office staff are qualified to be in the classroom as needed. According children's time sheets and staff time cards provided for the months of February 2025, March 2025, and April 2025 facility is within ratio. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated is defined as although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged allegation occurred. No deficiency was cited today. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeal rights and a notice of site visit were provided to facility.
