On July 15, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Isabel Ortega met with Supervisor, Gloria Mancilla to conduct an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of this case management is to follow up on a self reported unusual incident report (UIR) that occurred on 7/08/2025. The unusual incident report is regarding Child #1's relative being upset for early school dismissal and alleging lack of communication. Upon arrival, there were 77 children in care and 14 staff proving care and supervision. During this UIR inspection LPA conducted interviews and reviewed school calendar indicating the early dismissal. Facility also posted early dismissal notification one month prior to event on Learning Genie app to all parents. According to interviews conducted, and observation and record review it has been determined the facility followed protocol and Facility completed the UIR within 7 days. No citation issued. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeal rights and a notice of site visit were provided to facility.
