What the inspector wrote

During the course of the investigation LPA observed adequate care and supervision being provided to the children in care. LPA did not observe any personal rights violations at this time. LPA reviewed children's files and did not see signs of children being retaliated on in regards to documentation. Staff interviewed made no disclosures of children being yelled at or being pinched. Staff disclosed they are able to conduct adequate care and supervision for the children they care for and feel comfortable with their staffing ratio. During parent interviews, parents did not disclose any concerns with the care and supervision being provided in the facility. Parents disclosed they were overall satisfied with their children attending the facility. During child interviews, children did not disclose that they have been pinched or yelled at while in care. Based on the interviews and observation noted although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated Exit interview was conducted, appeal rights provided, and report was reviewed with the Director Maria Castro. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
