What the inspector wrote

On 7/17/2024 LPA Laureano arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of observing the Notice of TSO being posted and non-operation of family child care. TSO was served on 6/27/2024. LPA observed the Notice of Temporary Suspension Order posted on the door. LPA Laureano knocked and was greeted by Licensee's minor child who stated Licensee was not currently home. Licensee's son contacted Licensee via telephone. LPA Laureano spoke to G. Manuel, licensee, via telephone who confirmed that she was out and not operating. LPA Laureano did not observe any noises coming from the residence. No adults or children were observed around the home. LPA Laureano was not able to inspect the inside of the home due to no adults being available. LPA left a copy of the report in the mailbox for Licensee's reference.
