What Happened

The annual inspection found a preschool classroom out of ratio by one child and staff members who were not associated with the preschool component present on site. The center otherwise had clean kitchens, safe outdoor space, current children's records, and an available disaster drill log.

During staff file review, LPA did not see any Mandated Reporter raining by any staff. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.

During tour, LPA observed 13 children with one teacher in the Preschool classroom. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
