What Happened
Complaint investigation substantiated that children are co-mingling across age groups, including school-age and preschool children being placed in infant room to calm down or during staff shortages. Type A citation issued.

101161(a) Limitations on Capacity and Ambulatory Status (a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. Based on interviews with children and staff the facility did not ensure the facility operated within its limitations. Facility is co-mingling preschools with Infants and School-Age children and after shool children co-mingle with preschool chidren but happens rarely this poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
