LPA's observation and interview disclosures. LPA observed two infants confined in a crib. Infants were under one year of age, awake and reaching out with arms. According to interviews it was disclosed infants are handled in a rough manner(hands and jaw are squeezed) and are forced to sit, lay down when not listening or following directions. This posses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
