What the inspector wrote

According to the Licensee, children are treated with respect while in care. According to Child 1 (C1), Child 2 (C2) and Child 3 (C3) they like their teachers. C1, C2, and C3 all stated that their teachers are nice to them, do not say mean things to them and they like the day care. According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3) and Parent 4 (P4), Parent 5 (P5) and Parent 6 (P6) they have no concerns regarding the way that the teachers speak to their children. Parents stated that their children like the day care, are happy when being dropped off and have no concerns. -Pertaining to the allegation that - Provider yells at day care children. According to the RP- an individual informed them that the provider was yelling at all of the children. According to the Licensee, there are times when she has to raise her voice to get the children's attention to come inside or clean up but it is not yelling in a man way it is just a change of tone so all the children hear. According to Child 1 (C1), Child 2 (C2) and Child 3 (C3) they like their teachers, their teachers are nice to them. C1, C2 and C3 stated that their teacher yells when they are playing and it's nap time. C1, C2 and C3 stated that they are not fearful when their teacher yells. According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3) and Parent 4 (P4), they have no concerns regarding the approach that the teachers take to get the children's attention stating that they are aware a higher tone is required when getting the attention of multiple children at once. Parents further stated that Parents stated that their children like the day care and have no concerns. Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, ZHURAKHOVSKA, LYUDMYLA .
