Correction check·June 28, 2023

On 06/28/2023 at 2:30 PM, LPA Katrina Chicote conducted an Unannounced - Proof of Corrections visit to the above facility for the purpose of clearing deficiencies observed during annual inspection on 05/12/2023. Census was taken. LPA observed six infants with two teachers during inspection. LPA observed two infants sleeping one in crib and another on a cot with one teacher present in sleeping area separate from activity space. LPA observed safe sleep according to Title 22 Regulation requirements at time of inspection. LPA observed additional four infants in activity room, two eating and two engaging in activities, with one teacher. LPA observed outdoor play area flooring at time of inspection and observed flooring to be updated to a rubber material through out. LPA observed surface to be maintained and bottom side of fencing cushioning to be well maintained at time of inspection. LPA observed outdoor play area for hazards and no hazards were observed at time of inspection. LPA reviewed staff files for completeness at time of inspection. Based on observations and record review, all deficiencies have been cleared on today's visit. No deficiencies cited on today's visit, 06/28/2023.
