What the inspector wrote

On 04/21/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at the above named facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by Director Trina Mendoza. LPA observed 9 children being cared for and supervised by 2 fingerprint cleared staff. On 03/27/2026, the facility was cited for the following: 1. A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license. 2. There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. During today’s visit licensing staff observed the following: 1. LPA observed the childcare center operating within the conditions and limitations of the license. No children were comingled during the LPA observation. **CLEARED** 2. There was a ratio of more than 1:4 in the infant classroom during LPA observation. LPA observed 9 infant children awake in care with two teachers. 1 of 2 Citation issued on 3/27/2026 has been cleared. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to Director Trina Mendoza.
