On 7/22/25, at 12:45PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit to this facility. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director / Christina Lechner, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 59 children with 14 staff observed present in the preschool program. LPA explained the purpose of today's visit is to follow-up on an alleged incident that was reported to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on 7/21/25. During today's visit, LPA Katrdzhyan toured the physical plant, conducted interviews, and obtained copies of children's and staff roster and other pertinent documentation. Based on the information gathered, this incident will need further investigation. There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Christina Lechner.
