What the inspector wrote

On 05/11/2022 at 8:15AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Denise Miranda conducted a visit Devonshire Preschool, for the purpose of delivering the investigation finding for the above-mentioned allegations. Upon arrival, LPA Miranda met with Amalia Gutierrez, and informed the purpose of the visit. There are 19 children with 2 Staff and Director Assistant present at the facility. At 8:23am LPA step out from the preschool site and was guided by Ms. Gutierres, Director to the Infant program. LPA returned to the office and reviewed documents pertninents and conducted an inspection to the preschool site. Based on the information gathered throughout the course of the investigation which include LPA observation, interviews, and review pertinents documents the allegations above are unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there are not a preponderance of the evidences to prove that the alleged violations occurred. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to Amelia Gutierrez, Director Assistant.
