This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA interview with the child mentioned in the complaint the teacher in fact handled her inappropriately. Interviews with other children in care revealed that when they don’t listen, the teacher in question gets upset, rude and yells at them, which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to the children in care.
