Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Cynthia Reyes conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to ensure that the deficiencies cited on the dates listed below have been cleared. This inspection is to ensure the health and safety standards as required by the regulations, Title 22, child care centers are met for this School age program. LPA met with Director Brenda Garcia, who the inspection was gone over. LPA was guided on a tour of the facility By Benda Garcia Director, Samantha De Silva Owner and Kyle De Silva Support office administrator. Observation, documentation and consultation was conducted during the entire tour. Documents were provided to the LPA by the facility on this date and by Email. Listed below are the dates items were cited and are cleared as of this date. Citation date 02/11/2026, 02/23/2026, and 03/11/2026. All items cleared. Correction letter was provided for each correction that were observed to be cleared on this date. 03/12/2026 Not cleared as of this date. Consultation was conducted for follow up on: Window shades in all classrooms, needs school age furniture, Tiles replaced inside and uneven pavement plan for correction to be completed over a period of time. Determination on classroom one status, open or close or complete corrections needed. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Brenda Garcia. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal rights given.
