This requirement is not met as evidenced by: A swing chain separated from the shackle, causing the child to fall and hurt her knee and day care children were exposed to hazardous materials. A slide was painted with unknown toxic or non toxic paint and children used the slide and got paint on their clothes shoes and hands. Also there is uneven asphalt in the outdoor play area. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

The play yard was observed to have leaves through out the area, which poses a potential risk of the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.

LPAs observed the play structure with metal slide to have a crack at the end/bottom,which poses a potential risk of the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
