Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 11/7/24 have been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Laura Diaz, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. LPA observed assistant and nine children upon arrival. The following was observed: \302\267 LPA observed a current roster (LIC 9040) for the facility \302\267 LPA observed measles and pertussis immunization's dated 3/13/25 for Assistant (Staff 2). LPA cleared the deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Licensee, Laura Diaz. LPA also issued POC clearance letter to Licensee during the visit. At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Laura Diaz.
