Per Staff all children from the Cedar House program enter and exit from the Elementary school entrance also housed on the premises. Per staff all children from the Cedar House program use the elementary school restrooms. On 10/23/25 LPA observed black unknown substance on the ceiling surrounding Air Conditioning Vent in the preschool office. On 11/21/25 Director provided negative mold testing results from the preschool office ceiling. Per Director mold testing has not been conducted on any other area within the preschool. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated. No deficiencies were observed during this inspection. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative.
