What the inspector wrote

CASE MANAGEMENT INSPECTION CONDUCTED Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Carter conducted an Unannounced Case Management Inspection for the purpose of obtaining the licensee's signature on an amended complaint report dated 01/08/26. LPA met with Roselia Calderon, Licensee and was granted entry into the facility. Also present was licensee\342\200\231s assistant and 10 day-care children observed by LPA during outdoor play. No deficiencies are cited today 01/15/26. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Roselia Calderon.
