On 02/04/2026 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mariah Aguirre conducted an unannounced Case Management- Incident inspection at the above facility to gather additional information due to an incident report that occurred on 01/15/2026 and was reported to the Department on 01/15/2026. The incident was reported in a timely manner. LPA met with Director Harvinderpal Vaghela who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. During the inspection LPA toured the area where the incident occurred and obtained a current children facility roster as well as additional documentation pertaining to the reported incident. Per Director, there are 117 children enrolled in the preschool program. Census was taken and LPA observed children in care with 14 staff. During the inspection LPA toured the area where the incident occurred and obtained a current children facility roster. There are no deficiencies cited at this time as the incident requires further investigation. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided along with Notice of Site Visit.
