PER LPA OBSERVATIONS 103 CHILDREN WHERE PRESENT AND ONLY 91 CHILDREN WERE SIGNED IN ON THE SIGN IN/OUT SHEETS. 12 CHILDREN WERE NOT SIGNED IN.
